AI-books
The problem
A non-fiction book is a one-way, linear artefact. A reader who half-remembers a chapter, or who wants to apply it to their own situation, has nowhere to turn but the index.
The solution
The AI-Book Company publishes “AI-books”: interactive digital editions a reader can converse with, querying the book's own content. It positions the format as a fourth one, alongside print, e-book and audiobook.
What is distinctive
The corpus is closed and rights-cleared. The reader is in conversation with one book, not with a general-purpose assistant that has read everything and owes nothing to anyone.
